Why you need a free spyware scan |

The first time you run Spyware Scanner, which uses ActiveX technology, you will see a
Microsoft Security Warning message similar to Fig. 1 below. It will notify you that this is
a certified ActiveX application, essentially meaning that it is safe to accept. To install, simply right-click
on the toolbar that appears at the top of the browser window and click 'Install ActiveX Control...' If you are
not using Windows XP Service Pack 2, you will receive a pop-up warning similar to Fig. 2 instead - in this
instance click 'Yes' to accept the download.
