Spyware Information: Recognizing credit cards

This application is used to commit credit card fraud. It may be used to generate credit card numbers for fraudulent purchases, test numbers for legitimacy, or otherwise try to circumvent credit card security systems.

Although you may not have anything to do with Recognizing credit cards, someone else might be storing it on your computer in order to use it without being traced. If a hacker breaks into your computer, he may often use it surreptitiously to store information or use tools like Recognizing credit cards -- he won't always simply destroy your computer.
