I own an older Tenebril product and installed SpyCatcher Express, and now it is telling me that my subscription will expire in 15 days. What do I do?

This is a known issue for some configurations, and we are working to fix it.

In the interim, reinstalling the older product should resolve it. You can do this from the retail disk (if applicable) or by visiting http://www.tenebril.com/downloads/archives.php
