Purchasing and unlocking
I bought this product but it's expired. Why?
When you purchased your Tenebril product, you were taken to a receipt web-page with your order number on it (and a receipt e-mail was sent to you, also with your order number). You can use your order number to unlock your product for unlimited use.
To unlock, click on the "Unlock" button that appears in the window when you start the product. A wizard will appear; just follow the on-screen instructions. Once you've entered your e-mail address and order number, the wizard will unlock the software for you.
If your computer crashes and you wish to reinstall the software, you can download it again from Tenebril's website and use your order number to again unlock it.
