How do I get my unlock code?
If you lost your unlock code (or order number, beginning with 'ST' or 'SC'), you can get it again by visiting Tenebril's Order Finder page at,
http://www.tenebril.com/support/orderfinder.php
There you will be able to enter your e-mail address, and your order number will be drawn from our order database. Please make sure you enter the e-mail address you used to purchase the product, even if you've changed your e-mail address since.
The Order Finder will give you step-by-step instructions for reinstalling the product you've purchased (if you need to), and for unlocking the product once it's installed.
