What are "special sites"?
Special Sites are websites that you specify in the Privacy Control Center that will ignore your chosen privacy level. Instead, you can set a specific privacy level for each special site, and each site will use their own settings.
This tool is particularly useful if you have certain sites which need to save cookies or for some reason do not work properly when routed through anonymous hubs. Shopping and bank websites frequently need cookies to function properly.
GhostSurf 2005 has a list of common websites already entered as special sites for your convenience. You may wish to remove these if you want to use another privacy level for those sites.
