Why does the product ask me to unlock every time it starts?
On some types of accounts under some versions of Windows, Tenebril's anti-piracy system was not able to save your "unlocked" state properly. This problem was corrected in all products on December 10th, 2003.
If a Tenebril product requires an unlock every time you start it, and you have a version that predates December 10th, please update your copy from the Tenebril website at ( http://www.tenebril.com/downloads/archives.php ). This should fix the problem.
